    Altra's are as good as any if they like the appearance of them; not all will like the zero drop in them.

    In feet with limited ankle dorsiflexion, a shoe with a lift would be better for the bunion than the flat shoe. A heel lift, in the height found in running shoes, is probably not going to bother the bunion.
