Next week he will gouge a chunk out of someones phalange doing nail surgery in a video called "why pna's are dangerous".

 

I stopped watching theres more holes in the 1st minute re lasted thinking in bio-mechanics than you can drive a truck thru.

ie STJ neutral is the optimal position .......

PS Robert I did like how when taking the foam box he moves his hand slightly to push a little more on the MLA .

Seriously. That first video gets worse. I particularly like

How can a sub talar position, without insole, be unnatural?
