Practice for Rent

    Option B
    As discussed with some friends of mine,due to current economic climate this practice is also available to rent,apptoximately 20% deposit secures an immediate start with option to purchase property at a later date.
    Negotiable rent etc.
    I had a similar opportunity to this over twenty years ago and it was a wonderful chance for me to become self employed.
    Also would consider two pods wishing to join forces.

    Hi ,
    How much is the 20% deposit and monthly rent.?
    If you dont have the 20% deposit is that an option as well.
    How much will the rent be?
    How busy is the practice and do they do bios as well?
