Greetings to all. I will be studying podiatry in the university of Johannesburg in 2021 and I would like to know from South African podiatrists whether it's a good career here in South Africa and whether I would be able to work in the public sector after qualifying. Thank you.

In the past, but not recently, I have been involved with your course and its education. That is, I have done some guest lectures. I have been to most schools of podiatry in the world, the exceptions being Malta, and all the US schools save New York. What I can do is assure you that the academic standard leaving your school is at least as good, and better than some , that I have visited. Rob
