    Here at the Movement & Running School, we pride ourselves on our unique methodology when it comes to movement, speed and rehabilitation.

    Due to the methodology being so unique, we feel like we should share it with the people who are interested to learn. Because of this, we host courses around the UK where our founder, Mike Antoniades, presents the methodology that he has crafted over the last 25 years.

    This course will take you through a unique and functional approach to rehabilitation and will focus on re-educating movement patterns interrupted after injury, surgery or inactivity. You will learn a series of functional techniques that you can immediately use in your practice.

    Functional Biomechanics of Running

    Learn how you can help your patients to determine the biomechanical cause of their running injury and prevent future injury without investing in expensive software and equipment. The Running School methodology will teach you how to analyse movement inefficiencies both dynamically (while running) and through movement.

    DMS Coach Course

    Get certified to train and coach using the Dynamic Movement Skills™ training system. Attendees will learn how to work with individuals or groups of various ages and abilities – from 5-years-old to elite athletes. It will cover the fundamental movements universal to all 3 training concepts (Kids, Speed & Rehab) with a focus on the Kids and Speed training concepts.

    Certified Running Technique Specialist®

    Become an expert at analyzing and re-educating running technique. Learn The Running School® Method and become a TRS Certified Running Technique Specialist. This programme is designed to enhance your professional knowledge and coaching expertise and add to your existing job, business or skill set. It is run over a 6 month period and includes 12 training days.
