    Hi everyone,

    Just wondering how many of you have dealt with fat pad tears and how long they take to heal. I have had a patient in walker for six weeks and we have used ultrasound therapy, mobilising and dry needling. Also used cushioned orthotics and strapping for the heel area. It is improving but wondering how long it takes on average to heal. Yes, it's a workcover case so they are harrassing us!
