    They seem to think that is a good thing. I remain to be convinced. If the volume ("strength") increases, surely that is a sign of being uneconomical; ie muscles working harder ?

  7. would have been interesting to see another group given some sort of orthotic device as we know when wearing a device increase muscle activity therefore increase training effect
