    Dear fellow members,

I am a dutch student in physiotherapy. In my final year i am currently working on a paper on plantar fasciitis. I'd like to use a couple of questionnaires that are frequently used in measuring pain and function and i cant get my hands on the Foot Health Status Questionnaire. Can anybody help me find this list by sending me a link or send me the actual quastionnaire ?

    Kind regards

    Bas Visser
