    metatarsocuneiform joint size

    Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding revenue for joint injections ... CPT defines the code by joint size. How big is the metatarsocuneiform? Is it an intermediate or a small joint? CPT does not care how difficult it is to get to the joint, only the size. If you think this is coding question, think again. Pods get more money for a larger joint than a smaller joint. :D
    Thank you,
    Cindy
