Hi, I'm new here. I am 42 years old and was recently diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot and Hallux Rigidus in my right. I've noticed for maybe 7-8 years or more that my right big toe just doesn't flex properly. This was most apparent whenever I tried to wear shoes with heels more than 2 1/2 inches. I just can't flex my foot to even get a higher heel on. Recently the pain has gotten worse and after being on my feet all day it hurts, even when wearing athletic shoes. My doctor...
