The former director of finance at the Health Professions Council (HPC) has been jailed for two years after pleading guilty to stealing more than £130,000 of registrants’ cash.

Paul Baker stole £129,489 through the use of two HPC staff credit cards over a period of more than two years ending in May 2005.

The mainstream media did not pick this story up - is that surprising?

  3. Could be it's just a good time to release bad news. There will be many colleagues of the opinion that it is the HPC who are the principal offenders in the grand theft of registrants' money though.

Those of you wishing to e-mail marc seale regards the HPC missing money by their thieving director can use his personal e-mail

    marc.seale@hpc-uk.org

They have not posted anything on their website or contacted its members by other means yet they go to great lengths to post regards us if we do something wrong. Those of socap please post this message on their site as I sacked them a while ago as they are just as bad as the HPC.
