I've just received an unsolicitated proposal for "Malpractice , Public Liability and Goods Sold or Supplied" insurance from a company called IHGroup out of Euchuca Vic.
    Anybody ever heard of them?
    Are they genuine?
    I'm in Perth, WA.

They appear to have gotten my details from the Yellow Pages (same address formatting!).

    Any comments would be appreciated.
    Thanks.

I got that letter this week too. I just tossed it in the bin to tell you the truth. I'm with Guild and think they're pretty reasonable. From what I read of this new offer, there wasn't much to entice me away.

Yes I also received 3 unsolicited copies of it - my name, practice name and another addressed to one of our Admin Staff (how or why I do not know). I see no personal reason to change from Guild at present.

Welcome Mrjfra, you missed the introduction forum, therefor almost missing out on the welcoming commitee.
Notice you joined in March 07, good that you got that letter to bring you into the forums : - )).
If companies of any description be it podiatry services or insurers what to increase their sales then they send mailouts, It is no different from the many other mail outs we all regularly recieve.
I guess if they have a good product then it will put pressure on other companies, typical biz??

    Cheers
