Ingrowing Toenail Operation - Am I too fat?

    I cannot believe that this patient is going to be put through a general anaesthetic for an ingrowing toe nail proceedure. It is totally unnecessary, a risk to his health if he is really as overweight as his BMI suggests, and a drain on resources.

    Where has common sense gone?
