    Yes i know there's lots of interesting posts and topics but i did mean hope to post some ideas not hope to read interesting bits....LOL, it's the way i've written it.

    No its just monday morning and the usual patients are failing to attend appts and i'm in my usual monday morning mood LOL .
    Time here is now 11.50am and i'm having my 5th cup of tea and moaning about the patients as usual.:deadhorse:
