I would be grateful if anyone could offer me some advice,

I am due to graduate from a UK university this summer (all being well) and am really wondering if it is possible to find podiatry work in Australia straight away?

    Regards.

    Hi Studentinthesouth

I was in the same situation as you looking at jobs in Australia for when I graduated. I graduated last year and filled out all the relevant forms to have my course accredited. This ended up taking several months due to one thing or another. I then had to register with AHPRA. I have just finally been fully registered. However the employers I had agreed to work with did not like the time it took and have such moved onto other podiatrists.

If I could offer any advice it would be to get your paperwork filled in and sent away as soon as you can. If you would like any help on the paperwork and the process please feel free to drop me a message.

    Kind Regards
