    Hello Everyone,

What is the most recent evidence or latest opinions to support either stitches or glue in relation to best treating an oyster shell cut or laceration of any other cause, to the plantar surface of the foot in particular a weightbearing area?

Are there any cases where secondary intention healing should be used?

Do recommendations vary depending on whether the patient is a young child or adult?

What is the best medicament or cream to use to reduce scar formation long term?

Links to research would be appreciated.

    Thank you in advance.
