PIE DIABETICO. MAL PERFORANTE PLANTAR

    Hola compañer@s,
    alguno de vosotros tiene consulta en Malaga y esta especializado en pie diabetico? Tengo un paciente con glucemias elevadas, 2º dedo amputado en uno de sus pies, ulcera en dorso de otro de sus dedos y una ulcera perforante que va a más. En principio la opcion era enviarlo a cirugia, por los antecedentes que tiene, ya que he visto otros casos asi trabajando de enfermera y han acabo mal (amputacion, sepsis)...pero tambien he escuchado de casos que han mejorado, y, habiendo un halo de esperanza para él, pues quisiera saber si os lo puedo derivar o si me podeis aconsejar algun tratamiento...Espero noticias vuestras! Graciaaasss
