Podiatry Arena started in August 2004 and has been running on the vBulletin platform since then. Time for a change.

In the next day or two we are moving to a new host and using the Xenforo platform. Its better on mobile devices and has other functionalities.

Initially Podiatry Arena will only be read only here while the database is moved to the new platform. No one will be able to post anything.

I probably won't be getting much sleep in that 24 hr window.

When the site reopens, there will still be a lot of work done on the functionality, but the site will be usable, so please bear with us. That is going to take a week or so. I won't be having much downtime in the next week or so.

    Craig,

I design and run my own website - and that's time consuming enough. I can only imagine the work entailed with The Arena. This is such a fabulous resource. The time and trouble will have karmic rewards.

    Good Luck!

Still have not yet hit the 'go' button.
    Still testing.
It not easy co-ordinating people in different time zones who are working on this.

  8. Wheres Craig?

...more of a nervous wreck as I wait for designers, developers, coders, hosts, etc in different time zones to do there jobs while I sit here waiting.
It may now be early next week before I push the 'go' button.
