    SPANISH LAW AUTHORIZES PRESCRIPTION of Podiatrists

    Spanish Law 28/2009 of December 30, amending Law 29/2006 of 26 July, on guarantees and rational use of medicines and medical devices.
    The prescription, public or private, and hospital dispensing order are the documents that ensure the establishment of drug treatment at the direction of a physician, dentist or podiatrist, within their respective powers, only professionals with the power to prescribe medication on prescription.
