In my private practice I rent out rooms to other practitioners including a physiotherapist, Osteopath and podiatrist. I also run a busy diary, one big problem i have is organising how and when the others use the rooms. Often new practitioners would like very flexible times initially, and this is understandable when building a practice. However, the admin is difficult for this and mistakes can occurr. Because of this I am doing a little research for an idea I had on how this could be managed, obviously before I go ahead I need to now if its just me or if others would like a more flexible management solution for spaces in their surgery and for those of you about to embark in private practice would you like to be able to rent rooms as and when you need to.

Any other feed back about your experiences either rent space out yourself or renting rooms in other peoples premises would be appreciated.
Many thanks
