    Hi all

A few of you will remember my relative absence from activities here in late 2006. The Arena'ettes had a rough start to life (they awesome little toddlers now). For the last 2 years we have taken part in the Run4TheKids as support for the Royal Children’s Hospital to give back for some of the support we got.

Now I asking for everyone’s support. Please sponsor us on this year's run. Every $ is a help! - its a great cause Here is my sponsor page.

    The 2007 run:

Unfortunately for me they a lot bigger and lot heavier and a lot harder to push in the stroller now!

Thanks all for the support ... over $200 raised for the Royal Childrens. Its not too late to contribute to this worthy cause and motivate me...

    Only 5 days to go.

Training going well. The dodgey knee is playing up; MTSS has set in .... anyone know a good Podiatrist??

Time to try that varus forefoot extension on your orthosis....works like a charm for MTSS!
