Anyways the wife is a P&O and works in a botox clinic twice a week. We were discussing bits and peices and got onto the importance of axial position to determine which muscles should be injected.
So the question what is the best method to palpate the axial position of the STJ in a tonus patient or a patient with muscle spasm such as Tibialis Posterior.
