G'day I'm a rookie at this but I have been referring and reading posts since I graduated 10 years ago. Always a productive time killer.

I'd be interested in your experiences with strapping and what tricks you use to yield the best results eg. I actually advise my patients to get their strapping wet in the shower coz if you hit it with a hairdryer when you get out it firms up the slack and stickies up the adhesive...and dries within seconds! I discovered this through pure laziness...hating the process of re-strapping my turf toe every time I went for a surf...anyway anything you want to add?

    And Dynamic or Kinesiology tape...waddyareckon?

Welcome, nice one. I have either not heard that one OR ALLY {Ahlzeimers is catching up). It certainly can be a time killer. How time flies when you are on Pod Arena. Where is Pottsville Beach? sounds nice.

    Cheers

Hi Heather, thanks for the welcome. Pottie is on the north coast of NSW...it is nice but aren't all our beaches? And you're not far from the port, also a nice place. See/read you around.
