    Hey everyone. I am a nursing student in Florida. I am working at a hospital that has just received a new type of dressing and it is supposed to help prevent wounds from getting infected. I have been on the website <link spam removed>) and am just curious if you have had experience with it, or heard about it. I would appreciate and insites you can offer. Thanks!

    I have not personally used this however, every company is trying to come up with antimicrobial dressings for woundcare. I perform woundcare at a center and there are many Silver dressings that are commonly used and this seems to have the same effect.

    I would recommend against using anything from Kendall and the Tyco group of companies. The above spam was nothing more than an unappreciated disgusied self promotional spam from the company. They were busted in this thread:
