Happy Birthday y'all. It's a shame that this had to kill a discussion forum, to become a discussion forum.

 

My arm stayed untwisted. My first post was june 2006 and I pitched in just before one of the really heated MASS / Ed Glaser threads.

It was the one which contains what remains one of the top rants of all time. Anywhere. I won't bother to credit the author, I think we all know

It was like stumbling across a top flight sports match with the best teams in the world, who you've been following for years, in your local park. And then being told you can join in if you like.

Whats not to love?

It's also a shame that cassette player technology had to kill my eight track stereo tape player in my Ford Maverick when I was in high school!

 

Technology advances and communication avenues change - and when they do we hope it is for the better!
