I've been having pain on the top of my foot in my midfoot (I guess around 2nd/3rd metatarsal) and near my ankle. There are two different spots that are somewhat tender to touch. Yesterday after my run it got especially painful to the point where it causes me to limp some when I walk. The worst pain is when I try to push off or rise up on my toes. At that point the pain is sharp in my foot/toward my ankle. I'm worried it could be a stress fracture, but symptoms also seem to match tendinitis....
