    Hi,

Can anyone tell me how straight forward (or not) it is for a UK Podiatrist to work permanently in NZ and what are the steps involved?

Also what are the earnings like for a Pod with 6 years experience, and most importantly does anyone know of any current employment opportunities for such a Pod?

We have finally decided to take the plunge and make a new life in NZ so any advice also on moving for a family with two small children?

    Thanks

    Hi Blue

When we did it 5 years ago it was possible to get residency as long as you had a job offer. Best check with Immigration NZ's website to see if that is still the case.

Very few NZ job ads disclose what the salary might be so it is difficult to say what typical earnings are.

I do have an opening for an experienced podiatrist with good biomechanical knowledge.

I am raising my own family in Dunedin and would not dream of bringing them back to the UK - they have a far better lifestyle here.

If you want to know more about the job please visit fitfeet.co.nz or email me david@fitfeet.co.nz

    Cheers,

    David
