Not that sure there are many rich ones (not me anyway) and I would have been interested if I was in Melbourne, but to relocate my partner would also need work so not so straightforward.

this practice has been running very successfully in the past 5 days per week, and now runs 3 days per week. I have another clinic that runs very sucessfully 6 days, so am looking for a Practitioner who wants their own clinic, and is willing to put in the hard work.

If the successful Podiatrist can build the clinic to its full potential again, then we will gift 1/3 share of the clinic to them. They then have the option to work towards and purchase the other 2/3 share, whilst still getting a wage. The problem is that past Pods think that by simply being a good Practitioner is enough to build a profitable practice in Melbourne with the highest number of Pods per capita of anywhere in Australia. We have a fool proof formula, that when followed build caseload easily. We want someone to put their ownership on this clinic.
