    Saw a patient who presented with O/a changes in 3/4 DIPJ so painful she walked with her toes non-weight bearing, patient was negative for rheumatoid factor and on doing a bit of research I suspect she has Erosive osteoarthrits , has anyone else come across this ?

    Perhaps psoriatic arthritis.
