    Surely that is obvious! We can now use foot orthotics to do away with the need for shoulder and elbow surgery in baseball pitchers! Have you not learnt anything from the barefoot runners in how to interpret research?

    With foot orthotics we can do amazing things, didn't you know? We can cure fertility issues; what is next?
