Hi just entered the wonderful world of the Podiatry Arena, nice to meet you.
I am a Uk qualified Podiatrist who is currently living in Toronto with a 12 month working visa. Unfortunately I am unable to sit my entry exam with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario until June next year. I have been informed that I could work as a foot care assistant, without being a registered member of COCOO. Is this true??? If so... are there any practices that may require my services??? I'd much rather earn some money doing something related to my degree rather than working in an office for 11 months. Thanks for any input.
