Hi, can anyone recommend a book for strapping/taping?

    Cheers,

    Hi Jackie,

I know of none here in the US. I do know that a book is being written by Dr. Wittenberg. He used to teach the taping class at OCPM.

    Regards,

    Stanley

The company/manufacturer (BSN) of Leukotape® produced a basic strapping guide. Not sure if they still do so; but perhaps worth trying them.

Thanks for all your replies :drinks.

The book mentioned by Ian seems to be available in a new edition form:
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pocketbook-...itle_bk/280-3236906-6369608#reader_0702030279.

I like the look of the one Simon recommended, in particular 'the book clearly highlights the mechanisms of injury that are crucial for understanding effective taping and bracing.' It's also available for half the price without the DVD ;)

    Thanks again,

    Jackie

May be a little unofficial but youTube can be handy... minding the time to sort through the rubbish
edit: just read the title of the thread again and I do realise that youTube is not a book
