Does anyone know of someone who can perform this type of bunion correction? I live in the Sarasota Tampa Bay area.....Barbara L

The better question: "is this a time proven and successful procedure for bunion repair?"

    Barbara:
First, I'm not a "dude" - I'm a Board Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon replying to request for help.
You are the one requesting FREE professional advice, perhaps a bit more respect is in order.

I think my reply is self explanatory. Obviously there is a question whether or not it is a procedure that should be done. By my bringing that into question I am, also obviously, one of those who question the appropriateness of this procedure.

Since I do not think it's a "good" procedure, I am not going to be forthcoming in helping you find someone to perform it on you.

    Steve

    BTW: You're welcome.
