The Impact Factor has commonly been used to determine the ranking or "importance" of a journal. The most recent Impact Factor rating for podiatry related journals (as reported here) are:
I just came across the Google scholar ranking in which they give their own scoring system (h-5 index): Google Scholar Metrics for Publications
It took a bit of leg work, but I dug up these scores:
    • Nature 339
    • Diabetes Care 110
    • The Journal of Bone & Joint Surgery 75
    • Medicine and science in sports and exercise 63
    • Gait & Posture 44
    • Clinical Biomechanics 38
    • Foot & ankle international 28
    • The Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery 20
    • Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association 19
    • Foot and ankle clinics 16
    • Journal of Foot and Ankle Research 14
    • Clinics in podiatric medicine and surgery 13
    • Foot and Ankle Surgery 12
    • The Foot 12
    • Foot & Ankle Specialist 9
    • Techniques in Foot & Ankle Surgery 8
    • Footwear Science 6
    • Journal of Korean Foot and Ankle Society 2
    • Foot and Ankle Quarterly-The Seminar Journal 1
    • The journal of the Japanese Society for Surgery of the Foot 1
    • Podiatry Management 1

This h-5 index score from Google Scholar covers 2007-2011 whereas the Impact Factors cover "2009/2010 received in 2011" ie, they are different metrics.

There was this review of the issues: Using Google Scholar to Estimate the Impact of Journal Articles in Education

There has been some criticism of this Google metric: Google’s New “Scholar Metrics” Have Potential, But Also Prove Problematic

While recognising impact factors, I would advise you not to worship it. There are other, far more important features which tell much more about a journal.............................
