    I had a nap.

Question: are those shoe sockliners hanging from your door handle?

  2. It's a deconstructed Brooks vapour I use to show how athletic footwear uses variations in midsole density to "control pronation", I got it from the Brooks rep some years ago. Dead handy.

Nice! I've been after something similar for ages. At the moment I've settled for a pair of Asics which had a circular saw taken to them.

  4. I'll see what I can do.

  5. Dr. Spooner:

My neck is getting sore trying to look at your sideways photos. You know, mate, they do have software programs that allow you to rotate photos......:drinks

  6. It's the photo's I take on my i-phone, they orientate correctly on my macbook, but not when I upload them. Try this:

  7. My neck feels better already.....gotta save it for all the plankin' I'll be doing next year in the UK....

  8. Plankin' is soooooo last week Kevin, try to keep up.

  9. Every year, even though I contribute less and less, the recognition gets more and more. Funny how life works.

  10. That's because your ideas are seen as "traditional" now. :drinks:morning::D

  11. Looking at it again, the lowest arch becomes stiffest soonest followed by the un-molded arch, and the highest arch should be last, as the orthosis begins to bottom out. This is what the graph probably shows. Yeah, that'll be the one- note to self- think, dick-head. It gets stiffer because it starts to bottom out :bash::bash::bash: God, I'm ****ing rubbish at times. This is exactly what the graph shows. What a wanker.:bang::bang: Doh. Bleeding obvious when you think about it. I guess that's why we call it research... Next... Mgrig, you still with me? Or, did you pull up you pants beyond your mouth and take your toys home? Cute photo though Craig. Changed your opinion yet?

Yes you can, and in so doing you alter it's kinetic effects. Agreed? End of story? Or, do you need some more?
