Just thought I'd pop in and say hello, been popping in and checking out the forum a while now, never been brave enough to post, thought i'd start here. This is a great forum, so much information, and so many people up against some of the same issues as me. As for the barefoot running debate, you guys crack me up. So far my opinion on that hasn't evolved past "don't you step on glass?" but trying to educate myself!!!
hope there is room for an orthotist who kind of stumbled by and found myself surprisingly at home?

  2. Hi Nilsen, always room for more people to discuss biomechanics and orthotics.

:welcome: to Podiatry Arena from the country next to you, an Australian Podiatrist in Stockholm.
