    In case anyone ever tries to follow this up the reference given above:

    Nicole L. Grigga, Scott C. Wearing, John M. O’Toole, James E. Smeathers
    Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport; Available online 1 May 2013

    The first author's name is printed as "Grigg". The journal gave it footnote reference "a" (for contact details). That seems to have led to copying it over as "Grigga".
