    Hi there,

I'm a 23yo assistant manager of a specialist running shop called Sweatshop. I've been in this role for 2 1/2 years now. The core activity of the job is giving white hot customer service, performing gait assessment, and providing footwear recommendations. I'm responsible for staff training and am about to start a series of biomechanics workshops for our staff, and came across this forum whilst doing some research as part of my preparation to lead these courses.

I don't know if there are any others on here who are in the same business, but I hope I can learn a LOT from everyone on here, and perhaps bring a different perspective to the forum based on my experiences performing foot assessment in a retail context.

Looking forward to conversing with you all,

    Jonathan Fleck
