Can someone help with the correct way to code Open reduction and internal fixation of subtalar joint with CSI Implant? Briefly a small incision was made over the sinus tarsi area a guidewire was placed in subtalar joint using the CSI guide technique. A size 8 implant was placed, pictures were taken with fluoroscopy guidance for evaluation. The guidewire was removed and incision was closed in layers.

I am coming up with 28585 and just not sure if this is the correct code.

Thank you for all your help!

Hi D Carpenter, that was certainly a jump in with both feet. Again I have not checked the other forums, so hopefully you told them where you are from and had some help.

    Welcome.

    Cheers
