Can someone help with the correct way to code Open reduction and internal fixation of subtalar joint with CSI Implant? Briefly a small incision was made over the sinus tarsi area a guidewire was placed in subtalar joint using the CSI guide technique. A size 8 implant was placed, pictures were taken with fluoroscopy guidance for evaluation. The guidewire was removed and incision was closed in layers.

I am coming up with 28585 and just not sure if this is the correct code.
