The Kimberley Division of General Practice Ltd (KDGP) is recruiting a Regional Podiatrist to join its established allied health team.

The successful candidate will be registered (or eligible to be) with the Podiatrists' Registration Board of WA. You will have experience in clinical service provision as well as a strong commitment to community capacity building and service integration.

The reward for meeting these requirements and joining the team is a challenging role with a recognised provider in the iconic Kimberley region. You will gain fulfilment from your work with varied communities, and will gain satisfaction from contributing to a remote service with national exposure.

Your experience in podiatry in a multi-disciplinary care environment will be highly viewed, as will your passion, energy and enthusiasm towards Aboriginal health, rural health and preventative health.

KDGP is a member of the Australian General Practice Network comprising 111 Divisions, State Based Offices, and a National Peak Body. It is a not-for-profit, membership-based company which is governed by a Board of eight directors. For more information about KDGP visit www.kdgp.com.au .

Application kits are available from reception@kdgp.com.au. Applications must address the selection criteria, with appropximately 400 words written per heading using the dot points as a guide. For further information on the position, please contact Lesley Newcombe on 08 9192 7888 or 0400 927 881.

Applications close cob Friday 10 October 2008.
