Innovative Footwear start-up company, based lead from NYC with manufacturing in Eastern Europe, needs help for a Podiatrist (DPM) to prepare series of short videos (40-70 seconds max) on correct selection of footwear. To educate consumers (not patients) on our website on the right (but well understood) concepts in shoes for common variations for effective preventive or palliative goals: Select Shoe for Flat Foot, Select Shoes for High Arch, etc.

Why are you not referring back to your shoe supplier or even the local Pedorthist for this sort of advice?:bash:

Podiatrists rarely fit footwear and the shoe maker made a shoe for a specific reason in mind, so there fore would have the answers that you are looking for already as would the local Pedorthist that regularly fit them.

David, thank you you kindly. We do have Podatrists (we don't have Pedorthists, yet) to make shoes well. We need help on the marketing side in the US, with the CONCEPTS that we employ, not to validate our shoes. Am I off?

Why dont you have a Pedorthist?

lf need be l can put you in touch with some US based Pedorthist if you like? We just had US Certified Pedorthist Dennise Jannise here down under for our national Pedorthic symposium.

But in reality your footwear supplier should have all the details of the how and why they designed the product.

Yes, I would very much appreciate if you can kindly put us in touch with Pedorthists in the States, that can help us. I am not sure, what is the practice down under (and, i love Oz) but from hundreds of factories that we contacted across Emerging Markets not a single one of them has any medical specialists (why would they need them?). This is value that we would provide for American clients. How can i get in touch with you directly pls?

    Dear Konstantin
I appreciate your effort to get a video from the podiatrist or pedorthists, You should provide the technical details of your shoes. Are you manufacturing some special foot wear or the general out of the shelf foot wear with same technical fetures.

Dear Dr. Krishna, i appreciate your reply. At this stage, we make mild but important modifications to mass-produced shoes, but we are opening our own manufacturing line to make additional components to increase customization and improve anatomical fit. If you would have 5-10 minutes to talk on a phone, to direct us on the marketing side, I would be enormously grateful for that. Than you very much (646) 286-8432 Konstantin
