    Just seen this video on YouTube (Sorry but I'm unable to post a link but if the fllowing title is copied it'll be found easily):

    "THE NOTORIOUS HAGLUND’S “PUMP BUMP” SYNDROME (Achilles Tendinosis) & NON-INVASIVE SOLUTIONS"

    From a layman's perspective the procedures talked about in the video are very interesting but I'm not sure if any of this treatment is available in the UK (except for Shockwave)
